Keep projects organized with clear plans, status updates, and documented next steps. Spot risks and gaps early, select what needs to be escalated and to whom, and raise it with a recommended path forward. Communication & Executive Support Write concise, well-tailored emails, updates, and presentations for audiences ranging from regional teams to senior leaders. Prepare materials for business reviews, QBRs, and leadership meetings. Handle confidential business and financial information with discretion. Help maintain the team's operating rhythm: planning calendars, recurring reviews, and process documentation.
