Drive cost optimisation programmes with company-wide impact, tool consolidation, licence optimisation, vendor rationalisation and benchmarking with Tech and Finance leadership. Raise the bar of the team. Coach the other Category Managers on their toughest deals, support their professional development, run negotiation debriefs, and own the playbooks, templates and savings methodology the team runs on, alongside the Head of Indirect Procurement. Be the team's authority on the Global Procurement Policy, contracts and risk.
