Partner with Recruiting, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Benefits, and People teams to address immigration and relocation requirements, resolve escalations, and support employees throughout their mobility experience. Maintain accurate immigration and mobility records in Workday, monitor critical deadlines, conduct data audits, and develop reporting to track program activity, costs, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with external providers and internal stakeholders to monitor regulatory developments, maintain process documentation, and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale immigration and mobility programs. Who You Are: You have at least six years of relevant experience in Human Resources, People Operations, immigration, global mobility, or a related field, including at least two years directly managing employment-based immigration processes. You have hands-on experience supporting immigration and employee relocation programs, with strong working knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes, including H-1B, F-1, TN, E-3, O-1, J-1, and permanent residence. You understand the operational, tax, payroll, and compliance considerations associated with domestic and international employee relocations. You communicate complex processes clearly, manage competing priorities with sound judgment, and maintain accurate, confidential records while navigating time-sensitive requirements.
